Shapes Aluminum Fence warrant to the original purchaser of our aluminum fence profiles that our profiles will be free from defect in workmanship and that our paint will not crack, chip or peel. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by use other than which the fence material has been designed for, negligence, alteration, accident, imporper installation, abuse, misuse, vandalism, acts of war or acts of God.
